Terms & Conditions

FREE RETRUNS are accepted if you have A) received an incorrect item, or B) received a defective item. In which case we are happy to fully pay for the return shipping, fix or replace the item at no additional cost and ship it back to you.

Due to the nature of adult products, we can’t accept returns for any other reason. Your order may only be canceled before shipping and by paying a handling & restocking fee.

You have 2 calendar days after receiving the package to report any problem or damage. Please inspect your toy on arrival.

 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Return Process

  • If your item is damaged or defective on delivery, please contact us within 2 days with details of the product and the defect.
  • We will provide you with the closest return shipping address.
  • Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it and notify you via email whether you are entitled to a replacement.
  • If so, we will send you a replacement and refund your cost of shipping.

Re-stocking / Re-shipping fees

  1. The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and performs a cancellation (only before shipping) = 30% HANDLING & RE-STOCKING FEE.
  2. The buyer refuses delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier. = NO FEE.
  3. The buyer refuses the parcel or is not available for delivery (3 delivery attemps – 10 days time window). The product is returned to our warehouse = $45 RE-SHIPPING FEE.
